Developed in 2018, Leon House is the proud headquarters of Cottongrass Homes.
The property features 23 luxury ensuite bedrooms, designed to support children on their path to independence. In terms of communal spaces, there are break-out zones, a music and study room, a commercial grade kitchen, and a large games area – providing a fantastic space for education, socialising and entertainment. Each individual apartment within Leon House (4 in total) has its own kitchen where children can create their own meals in preparation for their independence.
To the exterior there are established gardens as well as an expansive patio area.
In addition to offering best-in-class accommodation, Leon House serves as the corporate headquarters for Cottongrass Homes. All in-house training is conducted on-site, and the majority of our staff are based here, ensuring seamless operations and a cohesive working environment.
